Undergraduate diploma (or higher)

To prove that you are suitable to take a master’s degree at Leuphana University, you are required to hold a Bachelor degree or at least an equivalent qualification. The equivalence of foreign degrees is determined according to the assessment proposals of the Central Office for Foreign Education and assessed by uni-assist in the application procedure. Please also be aware of the exceptions. If your native language is English, then you do not need to provide proof of English proficiency. All other applicants must provide proof in one of the following ways: ➢ by passing the internet-based TOEFL test (iBT) with a minimum score of 85 points ➢ by passing the TOEIC test with a minimum of 785 points in listening and reading ➢ by passing the IELTS (academic or general) 5.5 test ➢ by passing the Cambridge Advanced Certificate of English (CAE) exam at grade C or better ➢ by passing modules at a university (at least 30 credit points according to ECTS) with English as the exclusive language of instruction and exams taken in English

The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English.

Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.
